Our Preschool aims to have regard to the DfEE Code of Practice on the identification and assessment of special needs and special educational needs to provide welcome and appropriate learning opportunities, for all children. One of our members of staff is a qualified SENCO co-ordinator and another currently completing a course in sign language.
The Orchard caters for people with disabilities; there is disabled access to the building by means of ramps and facilities for the disabled within the building e.g. a disabled toilet. |
